Hurricane Valley Choir:

Sponsored by the Hurricane Valley Arts Alliance

Hurricane Valley Choir

Come and join us! Open to all singers high school age and older.

Cost:  the only charge is the singer’s purchase of their own music (usually $20.00 per semester).  At the end of each semester, members may either donate their music back to the group or keep it.

History: The Hurricane Valley Choir was created in October of 2007 by the Arts Alliance (formerly the Art Crusade) to offer the opportunity for area singers (high school-adult) to participate in a community choir.  Their premier performance was held on February 2, 2008 at the “Gala Night for the Arts” (also the Arts Alliance's first sponsored event).  The choir sings a wide variety of choral literature to include: Spirituals, Musical Theater, Sacred, Secular, Jazz and Folk.

For more information about the choir, please call Warren Larson (Director) at 435-635-6966 or email musiccarol@msn.com.
